It's a Kitsune / Kumiho / nine tailed fox spirit!

I used 4 colors! A light grey, and 3 variations of brown.

I wanted to create something that would appeal to boys and girls, and that people who are into Japanese culture and people who just like a nice design would want to wear. :)

Kitsune are a creature in Japanese folklore(there are also variations in Chinese, Korean, and Indian cultures). "The more tails a kitsune has—they may have as many as nine—the older, wiser, and more powerful it is." A powerful kitsune may also be able to shapeshift into human form.

I get the idea behidn this and it's really interesting.
For the colors I would propably ahve gone for more orange or red-ish choices but ok.
I really like the Ornament flair from the tails.
The main problem I see on this design is the composition.
Overall you could make the shape moe interesting, for example by loosening up the tails ans make them a little more seperate.
The other thin would be the fox only beeing placed within the box created by the lines behind him which takes away dynamic and makes it looked a little cramped.
You can solve this by making stuff cross each other, like you did with one paw there.
Still, I really like this one, it just need some tweaking.

Love this. I love the mellow colors of this copy but the transparency of the black fox really works too. Definitely voted. Beautiful. I also submitted two versions of one-ish design. If you want to check it out, I'd be much obliged. >.< [[link] [[link]
